05/17/08 - 2nd Annual Trail Ride

May 17 turned out to be a beautiful day for our 2nd Annual Habitat For Humanity Trail Ride on Lost Acres Farm in Lynch Station. We had about 40 riders who enjoyed the trail ride and all that good fried chicken! A special thanks goes out to Mr. Paul Shelton, who allowed us to ride across his farm, Buffaloe Creek. Many of the riders are already looking forward to next year!

11/17/07 - Blitz Build

Our first Blitz Build was a huge success and a blessing to all involved. Work began early Saturday morning with the help of over 150 showing up. The house was under roof and ready for the final touches by mid-afternoon Sunday. During the weekend the cooperation and hard work from all the volunteers was amazing and much appreciated by the board. Floyd and Gladys Hall will be moving into their new home in mid December.
