County Habitat for Humanity is an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International and has been serving
the Altavista area since 1997. We are currently making plans for out next Blitz Builds in October. We encourage you to become involved as a
volunteer and as a donor. |

10/01/11 - Altavista Fall Fest and Safety Day sponsored by Habitat, Public Safety, and AOT
Thank you to all our volunteers and sponsors for making this a wonderful weekend. Check out the slideshow below.
Our Fall Fest this year was very successful. The
silent auction and the bake sale were popular as always. The hayride and
inflatables created a lot of excitement as well. John Sines, Jr. put on a great show for all. Thank you for your continued
support for Habitat.
The Habi-Duck race was very successful we wish to thank all duck owners and volunteers.
A special thanks to the Altavista and Hurt Volunteer Fire Departmants for their assistance and the use of their boats.
The proceeds will help in our Blitz Build this fall. See the winners below:
